The NRM director for mobilization and cadre development, Rosemary Sseninde has said the ruling party is ready to recapture Kayunga district which had slipped from its hands in the recent general election.

The NRM director for mobilization and cadre development, Rosemary Sseninde has said the ruling party is ready to recapture Kayunga district which had slipped from its hands in the recent general election. “The poor performance we had in the 201 general election was because of internal bickering but God has given us another chance to reclaim Kayunga. This is an opportunity for the people of Kayunga to vote for a person from the party in power to ensure service delivery. This is an opportunity for a fresh beginning,”Sseninde said. She was on Tuesday speaking after the nomination of NRM’s Andrew Muwonge as the party candidate in the Kayunga LC5 byelection. The position fell vacant after the demise of NUP’s Ffeffekka Sserubogo who had in the general election trounced Muwonge.

WHEN TWO BROTHERS FIGHT TO DEATH A STRANGER INHERITS THEIR WEALTH!___________________________

Following the recent bizarre that hit our region West Nile that probably is incubating a mega looming regional crisis. Merely two days ago, Atima Lee Jackson came up with a statement informing the people of West Nile about his blockage by the EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR of Uganda National Roads Authority (UNRA) ALLAN KAGINA to do consultation about construction and the state of roads in West Nile.  The controversy came after the Ora County(zombo district)lawmaker who also is the chairman west nile parliamentary caucus Hon. Biyika Lawrence Songa phoned the ED of UNRA commanding her not to work with Atima Lee Jackson the arua central division lawmaker on any project concerning West Nile.  Oversight, supervision and follow up is a role every MP is entitled to regardless of the position he or she holds! I was dismayed when the ED of URA told me that she was called by Hon Songa Laurance, the New Caucus Chair that she should not deal with me or any other mp from west nile in as far as that field visit is concerned and that any thing to do with West Nile should be by him since he is now the Caucus chair. I then asked the ED some few quetions which made her...
