In an unprecedented display of multidimensional political mobilization, Hon. Min. Balaam Barugahara, Minister of State for Youth and Children Affairs, Hajjat Medina Naham Ojale, the Director Finance and Administration - NRM, attracted a mammoth crowd during the Youth Wakeup Rally in Koboko Municipality under the resonant theme "Breaking Barriers, Building Prosperity" Hosted by Hon. Charles Ayume as the Guest of Honor and the area member of parliament.

The event showcased the unique mobilization ability of the two (Hajjat Medina and Balaam) with strategic engagement of the grassroots energy, transforming the rally into a wealth creation event. The duo did not only draw crowds but reaffirmed NRM’s relevance among the youth and the broader community.

The event featured activities like evaluations and lectures on transformative programs like the Youth Livelihood Program, Parish Development Model (PDM), and the Emyooga Fund which are cornerstones of NRM's core principle of socio-economic transformation and economic empowerment
