IS IT REALLY DIFFICULT TO RESIST CORRUPTION IN UGANDA

 I have read the book NO LONGER AT EASE by Chinua Achebe for over 20 times because of its interesting depictions on corruption scandals. Any other day I see and hear any thing related to corruption, I ask myself "IS IT REALLY DIFFICULT TO RESIST CORRUPTION IN UGANDA"?  I always answer myself YES/NO for reasons that can be explained in a book and I'm provoked to say WE ARE ALL SUSCEPTIBLE AND VULNERABLE TO CORRUPTION In the book, Obi Okonkwo, the grandson of Okonkwo  prided himself as a symbol of morality and uprightness. Umuofia Progressive Union (UPU) awarded him scholarship to study law in England but he later abandoned law to study English language. He was idealistic and promising. Wrote poems about the corruption bedevilling the Nigerians society and promised to help fight it with all he got when he gets back to the country. H.E MUSEVENI PAYS TRIBUTE TO FORMER ARMY CHIEF OF STAFF, LATE (Rtd) MAJ. GEN. YUSUF GOWAN

The Director Finance and Administration; National Resistance Movement - Hajjat Medina Naham Ojale represented the President, His Excellency; Yoweri Kaguta Museveni during the send-off of Retired, Major General Yusuf Gowan in Arua City yesterday the 3rd of February 2024. Maj Gen Yusuf Gowan Mogi who hails from the Waju Clan of Koboko was born on 30th December 1942. He served as prisons officer from 1963-1971 under Uganda public service commission. He joined the army in 1971 with the army number  UO-640 ranked as Major General. In 1978 he was appointed and served as army chief of staff  till 1979. When war broke he was exiled to Congo till 1994 when he was officially repatriated and given amnesty by the government of Uganda. Later he served as chairperson of the veterans association of West Nile and in 2017, he stepped down due to his ill health. Major Gen. WILL WRITING IN UGANDA

Making a Will is a right to all persons who qualify under the law. However, one may need the help of an experienced attorney to guide the process.  Important terms in Will writing: Testator: A person who makes a will. Executor: The person that the testator appoints to carry out their Will. Beneficiaries: The people or organizations who are entitled to a share on the properties or assets of the  Tastator Wills are in two forms; Unprivileged Will. Uganda National Chamber Of Commerce and Industries - UNCCI In conjunction with SEATINI had a sensitization workshop on the competition bill and the protocals of trade in the African Continental Free Trade Area - AfCFTA Mr. Debo Ronald, the Chairman Chamber Of Commerce and Industries Arua City Branch and his Vice Chair were invited as guests to attend the convention that took place in Fairway Hotel - Kampala. And on 1/12/2023 the Chairman and his Vice were officially welcomed to the Chamber Secretariat and hosted by the President Uganda National Chamber Of Commerce and Industries. THE DIRECTOR FINANCE AND ADMINISTRATION NATIONAL RESISTANCE MOVEMENT VISITS MITYANA DISTRICT

The NRM Director Finance And Administration; Hajjat Medina Naham Ojale, visits Mityana District. DAF was welcomed by the party leadership of the District under the chairmanship of Mr. Kintu. She held a meeting with the party leaders at the NRM office before proceeding to the field. Also in attendance were the RDC; Mr. Joseph Mukiibi, the DPC; Afande. Ahmed Hasunira and the DISO; Mr. Byarugaba Edward. Together with the leaders, the DAF paid courtesy to Mityana School of nursing and midwifery under the proprietorship of Mr Kintu, the NRM District chairman. She also visited Tumwebaze Farm which is one of the renowned model farms in the municipality under the proprietorship of Madam Tumwebaze Faith the NRM admin of Mityana. Later on, she visited AVEMA Vocational training school under the proprietorship of Mr John Mary Kamya Bugembe who also doubles as the NRM MP Flag bearer of Mityana Municipality.
